Stop me if you've heard this before -- Inversion, Namco Bandai's gravity defying shooter, has been delayed. Again. I'm not going to say this is a bad thing, but I'm going to go ahead and say this isn't good. The game looks like it has a lot of potential. Check out this trailer here. Pretty badass, am I right? Sure, the main character looks a little generic, but at least he's upside down. That's got to count for something, doesn't it?
According to Namco Bandai:
The extra development time for INVERSION affords the team the opportunity to create an enjoyable and engaging third-person shooter experience with a comprehensive multiplayer component, including extensive competitive and co-operative modes.
Inversion is currently scheduled to be released on June 5th, but I'm going to leave it as "to be determined" in the database until we're a little closer to the launch date. It supports two player online and local split screen co-op.
