Description

Monster Hunter 3 (tri-) is the latest game in the Monster Hunter series, and is being developed solely for the Wii. Players take on the role of a young monster hunter seeking to earn glory and honor by defeating the worlds most powerful creatures. This can be accomplished alone, or by teaming up to take on more powerful enemies. Once defeated, the bones, horns, scales, and hides of the fallen monsters can be combined to create more powerful armor and weapons. The hunters will also use various items to attract, track and even capture their prey, even to the depths of the ocean. As your rank increases, more dangerous and rewarding hunts become available.

Capcom is looking to add a theater feature to record battles that can then be stored on a central server, and played back through a web browser.

Thanks Heath Johnson for the submission.
