Play as Diddy, Cranky, Dixie, or Donkey Kong. Every Kong has their own unique abilities, such as Cranky's pogo walking stick, and is able to ride on Donkey Kong's back. The Switch version also introduces a newer/easier mode where one player plays as Funky Kong, who can use his surfboard to jump, hover, and glide through the stages.
