Realms of Ancient War has got itself a release date! The action RPG features two player local co-op and your standard Warrior, Wizard, and Rogue classes. On paper it sounds kind of vanilla, but is looks pretty good in motion. Check out the trailer after the break. It features cooperative gameplay footage, huge area of effect spells, and some banging opera. I love damage indicators!
We've already seen videos highlighting the wizard and warrior of upcoming action RPG, Realms of Ancient War, but what about the third member of the party? The rogue makes her appearance in the latest trailer for the game, complete with spinning blades, dashing attacks, and salvos of arrows.
I've been missing out on Realms of Ancient War news. When I caught this video I was pleasantly surprised. It covers your basic ARPG elements: setting, classes, loot, and co-op. I don't know, something about the visuals is "doing it" for me. Maybe it's all the nice area of effect spells and powers that radiate from the characters throughout the video. I do enjoy swatting several flies at once.
Focus Interactive took some to show off their wares this E3 with such titles as Sherlock Holmes, Blood Bowl, Of Orcs and Men, and their featured co-op title Realms of Ancient War by Wizarbox. The fantasy set action RPG contains 2 player local co-op where you and a friend will travel through distinct environments battling hundreds of relentless enemies on screen at once. The best thing about it? Finally being able to do this on a console.
With Diablo 3 mere weeks away, dungeon crawler enthusiasts may be a little focused on keeping their eyes on that prize - but let's not forget that there will still be other dungeon crawlers coming out this year. One such is R.A.W (Realms of Ancient War), which will happily be coming to consoles as well as PC. This is likely great news for players who may be bemoaning their luck that Diablo 3 will only be launching this month on the PC. Developer Wizarbox's latest video focuses on the wizard class, showing off his prowess over the elements.
Who is the Ultimate Warrior? For many it will be the former WWF star with that namesake. However, in my opinion a truly powerful fighter is unlikely to be covered in tassels and face paint, whooping at his enemies. Give me the Barbarian from Golden Axe any day. The Warrior character in Realms of Ancient War (RAW) follows in these barbarian footsteps. A new trailer highlights his belief that what you can't say with flowers, say with a sword. Check out the trailer for some in game footage of this 2 player local drop in co-op dungeon crawler, due some time later this year on PSN and XBLA. It is certainly looking like potentially one of the best the genre has to offer.
I love a good vieo game trailer with some epic music. The teaser trailer for the 2 player co-op Realms of Ancient War (R.A.W.) features some pretty inspiring tunes. What's odd though is...well...the video shows a character basically walking for most of it. But what an epic walk!
We just got four brand new screenshots from the Wizardbox developed Action/RPG called R.A.W. - Realms of Ancient War. The two player co-op game is set to release next year on Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network and PC with its own take on heroic hack and slash titles.
