Tropico 5 may have been out on PC and PS4 for two years and a year respectively, but it has yet to receive the full Xbox One treatment. In a couple of months this will be remedied with the Penultimate Edition, releasing specifically for Xbox One.

Tropico 5 has been out for sometime on PC, but console fans have been made to wait.  Time is almost upon us with news that the game is due out on Xbox 360 in November.  As well as receiving the full 4 player co-op game, you will also get the 'Big Cheese' DLC - an extra which allows you to create a dictatorship based on dairy products.

Like this news story, a patch to add a missing feature to a game is better late than never. Our biggest complaint with Tropico 5's co-op gameplay was the inability to save a game during a session, forcing players into lengthy matches if they wanted to see any significant progress. Now a new patch alongside some fresh DLC has remedied the situation and added more things to do.

For the first time in the Tropico series, Kalypso Media has announced that Tropico 5 will have co-op play. The only details announced so far is that up to 4 players can build their own cities and economies on the same map. They can either share resources and citizens cooperatively or declare war on each other competitively.
