[E3 2017] Splatoon 2's Co-Op Salmon Run Sounding Promising

While Nintendo announced "Salmon Run", a kind of four player horde mode for the forthcoming Splatoon 2, during a Nintendo Direct back in April, they've been holding off on demoing the mode until E3. Along with a live presentation during their Treehouse stream, many attendees got their hands on the new mode and initial impressions are good.

[E3 2017] Arts and Crafts Yoshi Finds New Home on Switch

As E3 2017 properly kicks off today, the last of the three big console developers, Nintendo, held their Spotlight streaming event that highlighted what the company has planned for the next year. Among a few exciting single player offerings (METROID!), there's a new Yoshi game coming next year in a similar vein as Yoshi's Wooly World.

[E3 2017] Early Impressions of A Way Out Highlight the Story Players Create

One of the bigger reveals during EA's press conference on Saturday was A Way Out, the new game from Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons developer Hazelight Studios. In a first for these type of adventure/story-driven games, the entire thing is intended to be played cooperatively with both players making decisions that affect what plays out.
