Co-Optimus loves a bit of Dark Souls 2, but what do we do once the dying is over? One option is to wait a few months for the Playstation 4 title Deep Down that will have plenty of 4 player co-op dungeon crawling. The game is getting closer to release, but who knows exactly when? The two newly teased screenshots may give us a clue.
These Deep Down images came courtesy of Capcom Producer Kazunori Sugiura's Twitter account with the added Twit Speak:
Producer Sugiura here. Currently Deep Down is being developed intensively at GW moving towards the public beta test. PS4 users have waited a lot, but please wait a bit longer.
We’re publishing two new screenshots of the game in development. The public beta test is currently scheduled for the summer.
Our boss Ono-san says “summer is when you’re wearing short sleeves” and we like to do that in the office but…. We will report again on our progress in June!
Like most Twitter ramblings, it is a combination of news and gibberish in 140 characters. What it does hint at is the game is getting a open beta in the summer. June is also mentioned as a date when more news will forthcoming; if only there some sort of massive games convention in that month ...
In the meantime you will have to make do with the two new images of the game.
