Video game concepts can occasionally be tough to unpack, requiring many lengthy videos explaining the intricacies of how the game works, what its goals are, and how best to approach it. That's... not quite the case with Solstice Chronicles: MIA, a forthcoming twin-stick shooter.
As you're about to see in the latest trailer, the two player local co-op title doesn't have much explaining to do. You have a gun. Things want to kill you. You don't want that to happen. Extrapolate from there. In a way, it's kind of refreshing to see a trailer effectively say, "We know what you're here for, just look at it." See for yourself:
SC:MIA is set to release sometime this year, but a specific date is yet to be revealed. After watching that trailer, you probably already know whether or not this game is up your alley. If it is, take comfort in the fact that you have to wait, at most, just over six months to play it. If not, then take comfort in the fact that you only wasted about 15 seconds of your life.
Go spend all that extra time on something nice, like a walk down a hallway, or an extremely short call to your parents.
