Once again Modern Warfare 3 is getting a hardened edition, having just been revealed at the Call of Duty XP event in LA. The price has gone up though from the normal $79.99 to $99.99. Why the sudden jump? The Hardened Edition will include a one year subscription to Call of Duty Elite, something that sells for $50 on its own.
Also inside the box are bonus in-game content (which hasn't been disclosed yet), a Juggernaut XBL avatar outfit, and 100-page artistic style field journal. All of that will be packaged in a fancy metal case.
Amazon already has it up for Pre-Order, so follow this link and lay down some ducets to support Co-Optimus and get yourself "hardened" for the fall.
Modern Warfare 3 supports two player co-op in its Spec-Ops mode when it ships on November 8th for the 360, PS3 and PC.
