Co-Op Release Alert for the Week of 12.19.2011

Okay, everyone, we're almost through December.  We've only got one downloadable co-op game this week, but it should be a good one.  Then it's onto January, where I'm sure there will be more co-op releases, right?  Let's take a look at the calendar here... ah crap!  Oh well.  If you're out of stuff to play you can always check out our backlog list of retail co-op games from the 2011 season.  The backlog list of downloadable games should be posted along with next week's Co-Op Release Alert, assuming the schedule remains empty.

Trine 2 (XBLA, PSN) This follow-up to the original Trine was released a few weeks ago on the PC.  Now console gamers can get their cooperative puzzling fix.  3 player local co-op, 3 player online co-op

That's all we have for co-op games this week.  No big retail releases, no huge DLC.   If I missed something, please, put it in the comments section.  I usually follow this up with a list of the non-co-op retail titles, but that's pretty sparse, as well.  Looks like the only other major game coming out this week is the MMO SWTOR, If you haven't pre-ordered yet, use the link below and help support Co-Optimus!
