For those of you interested in the multi-platform release of Resident Evil Revelations: Unveiled Edition, new information has surfaced that sweetens the deal for the Wii U installment. The Wii U version of the game will utilize multiple features of the hardware to create a different experience, according to the latest issue of the Official Nintendo Magazine, set to hit UK shelves in two days.
The game will allow for full play on the GamePad, which means you can take Revelations with you on the go. The UK magazine features an interview with producer Tsukasa Takenaka who states that “There's a joke going around in Japan at the moment about using Off TV Play to play your Wii U games on the Bullet Train, as long as you get on of the seats with a power outlet, so we wanted to make sure Bullet Train play was possible with Revelations."
In addition, the Wii U version will feature Wii U Controller support and special inventory management that features the GamePad touchscreen. Look for Revelations to come out in the future for PS3, Xbox, PC, and Wii U. It originally came out for the 3DS, and featured two player online and local co-op.
