We than get a glimpse into the types of situations that we can expect to help Jodie through, such as a sinking tanker, a romantic relationship, an arctic (or otherwise frigid environment), burning buildings, and a motorcycle chase that some players will recognize from the game’s demo. It will be fascinating to see how Jodie gets herself into (and out of) all of these unique situations.

Some not so common items include a dynamic PS3 theme and avatar pack, as well as a 30-minute playable scene. Sony has offered some details on just what gamers can expect in that scene. The ‘Advanced Experiments’ additional DLC consists of several training missions featuring Jodie and her attached supernatural entity, Aiden. Working together, the two solve puzzles designed to test reflexes and problem solving in intense situations.
The demo opens up when the main character, Jodie Holmes, is a child in a medical/scientific facility. Through simple actions with the analog stick, Jodie can interact with the environment around her. Fans who played Heavy Rain will feel right at home, but will be relieved that the interactions are less contextual and easier to execute.

Players won't be able to play at the same time, however, making the gameplay asynchronous. While the smart devices will designate who is controlling Aiden and who is controlling Jodie, players will have to take turns. The touch controls are available in single-player as well.
