The general gameplay flow of Cook, Serve, Delicious! 2!! is to prepare and serve customer's orders as quickly (and correctly) as possible to keep them satisfied and your business booming. You'll start out playing through a few set restaurants and menus to get a feel for everything, and eventually you'll be able to make your own. You can set the menu (are you a hamburger joint, or something a little more upscale), choose what goes on the walls (singing fishes, or fancy candelabras), and then open the doors and start serving your patrons. You'll have to prepare and cook all the food you serve, and then clean the dishes, empty the trash, and clean the bathrooms, too. It's equal parts QTE and muscle memory as your hands get used to pushing buttons in a certain order for certain dishes (mash "A" to mix the meat, press "B" to put it on the grill, "X" to flip, then "Y" to serve), and equal parts calming and stressful. You'll have even more fun with a buddy on your couch helping out in the kitchen.
