Presumably, developer No Brakes Games feels quite strongly about the benefits of mist, as they've made the whole update free of charge.  That means you and a posse of friends can run rampant in the new stage without dropping a single dime (assuming everyone already owns the game).  If that's not enough to convince you to give it a shot, maybe the update's accompanying trailer will shed some light on what makes it so enticing.

Online Co-Op Coming to Console Version of Human: Fall FlatJason Love

The "physics-based puzzle platformer" made its debut on the PC in 2016 at which time it only supported two player couch co-op. The console versions were released in May and December of 2017 and also supported two player couch co-op only, but in the middle of those console releases, the PC version got a free update that added eight player online co-op. The console players have been asking for that same update ever since.

Prior to the update, local co-op on the Switch version required each player to have their own controller; meaning one person had to use a Pro Controller while the other used the two Joy-Cons that came with the system, or both players would need a pair of Joy-Cons. Since the update went live last month, the game should update automatically. However, if you want to update manually, simply navigate to the Software Update screen and do so from there.

In a statement to Co-Optimus, "This Spring, console gamers can experience a humorous, dreamlike world filled with physics-defying and rule-breaking hilarity with the upcoming launch of the unique puzzle game Human: Fall Flat from developer Tomas Sakalauskas and publisher Curve Digital. "In Human: Fall Flat, players escape surreal dreamscapes by solving open-ended puzzles while struggling with intentionally unsteady controls that result in hysterical clumsiness and potentially endless falling. The game will release onto PlayStation 4 and Xbox One with additional content, brand new puzzles and bespoke customization options."

Ah, hello there, human! Welcome to the world! If you see anything you'd like to do, please feel free to give it a try. Oh, you want to push buttons? Go right ahead. Opening doors? Yeah, you can do that too, I guess. Throwing rocks through windows, bending bars with levers, crashing through walls with catapults? Um, maybe we should talk about so...

Human: Fall Flat from No Brake Games is a third person physics puzzle and sandbox game that mixes realism with the awkwardness of realistic motion. It's a fair comparison to say it shares roots with Octodad, as both involve controlling an awkward character as they attempt to do ordinary things. In Human, you control a person who can jump, raise each arm independently, and grab things with either hand. By mixing up those motions you'll solve puzzles, break walls, climb mountains, fling wrecking balls, and toss TVs off cliffs. It's two parts non-linear puzzle solving and one part creativity, just the right mix for a quirky, self-aware physics game.
