Ikki Unite, the Feudal Japanese Vampire Survivors-like, Arrives on Switch and Steam

Ikki Unite features both a single-player mode and a 16-player online co-op mode. When playing single-player, players will control Gonbe, the villager hero from the arcade game. In co-op, players can select from 16 heroes, including both men and women. Each character has their own unique starting weapon, just like in Vampire Survivors. Characters attack automatically, making the game easy to learn and play.

Ikki Unite is an online multiplayer-focused game. Players can go it alone, but Steam reviews indicate that the difficulty is tuned for co-op. Gameplay resembles that of Vampire Survivors, though the goal here is to power-up a single item and reach the end of the game rather than to endlessly grow in power. The powered-up item can be reused in subsequent playthroughs to make the game easier.
