LBP3 is the third outing in the 4 player online/local co-op game that is as small, or as large, as your imagination allows.  At this point there is so much content available for the game that you will be able to play all the user content for months, without even thinking about what was delivered.  Sony have produced a trailer for this month's Plus outings to give you a taste:

The idea behind LittleBigPlanet 3's challenge levels is simple. Every two weeks a new one is rolled out to the community so players can compete for high scores. Each challenge features a slightly different take on a mini-game built with the LBP3 engine. The first one is a survival type arcade game where you push OddSock above the line and avoid fireballs as long as you can. After that it's a side scrolling race, followed by a punch-happy boxing game. The LBP team promises more challenges are in the pipeline, so if you're terrible at one, just kick back and wait for your day in the spotlight.

What this means for anyone who is playing the game or plans to pick it up in that country is that you will basically lose all the functionality that makes that game what it is. Specifically, you will no longer be able to upload content for others to enjoy, you won't be able to play or view content created by others, and you won't be able to play with others online. Presumably any DLC you've purchased for the games will be fine, as it is saved to your system, so at least there's that.

But wait, there's more! If you've seen the movie you know that red guy above is named Bing Bong. Yes, like a doorbell. Or like a search engine, I suppose. The ultra-fashionable Sackboy and Sackgirl get a hip Bing Bong costume as part of the Inside Out costume pack, too! And because dressing up is more entertaining when you're a beast, new wardrobe packs featuring characters from Monsters, Inc. and The Good Dinosaur have also been released. 

The bulk of the titles on sale this weekend are competitive in nature, with the likes of Capcom vs. SNK 2, Street Fighter and Tekken leading the pack. (What are you trying to suggest, Sony? That we fight instead of exchange chocolate roses or whatever it is we're supposed to do?) But there are some great co-op games in there, too, such as these little gems:

As expected with this sort of DLC, players can either buy individual costumes (outfits for Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, Sven, Marshmallow, and Medicine Man) for $1.99. For fans who want all the costumes, however, a complete Frozen Costume Pack is offered for $5.99. The pack includes all the aforementioned character costumes, plus a bonus Olaf costume which is unavailable for separate purchase.

How many games can you name from the new LBP3 trailer?

Each and every one of the levels you've purchased through the DLC shop for LBP 1 and 2 over the last six years are a simple download in LBP 3 away, free of charge. And of course, being a creature composed entirely of fabric, Sackboy and friends play dress up on the reg. Some of these articles and outfits might have been purchased through DLC, which is once again yours to use for LBP 3. So if you ever want to run through the game cosplaying as Cloud Strife, or Batman; no problem.
