In addressing the patching and content additions Volition’s Senior Community Developer, Mike Watson, stated, “The four main things that we’re working on are: performance; stability, fixing a lot of the crashing and issues; integrating Steam networking, so co-op will work again and multiplayer; and then also adding the DLC, which was console-only and now we’re putting the DLC for PC as well.”

The open world sandbox realms of Saints Row are impressive. Play as whoever you want, however you want, grabbing vehicles and going for a drive, skydiving with a tank, banding together with friends to form gangs, and even completing missions and advancing the story! Customize your character and head out into the big, grim, weird world, ready to survive. What happens afterwards is almost entirely up to you.
Saints Row 2 celebrated its 2-year anniversary a few days ago, on October 14th. It was a game that we really liked, due to its awesome co-op options. To celebrate the event, Volition is giving away an extremely rare piece of memorabilia: a framed picture containing a poster of front cover of the game signed by nearly everyone on the Saints Row development team, a copy of the back cover of the game, and a game disc.

Microsoft has added the first batch of new titles to its Games on Demand service over Xbox Live. Among them is Saint's Row 2, a two player co-op title we rather enjoyed last year. The game costs a staggering 3000 , which translated into real world monies is $37.50. Considering you can get the full retail game for $28 (shipping included) I'm not quite sure you want to hop on the On-Demand bandwagon just yet.
