Tales From Space: About a Blob Gets Some Extra Co-Op Love

The quirky little platformer, Tales From Space: About a Blob, is getting a co-op-specific map pack. We were impressed by certain aspects of the game, but a little surprised by the steep learning curve and timed elements. This new map pack includes two new levels which require two able bodied (local) co-op players to complete.

As you play Tales from Space: About a Blob, the blob gets filled with a crazy assortment of things, and this is a good description of the game itself. It uses many different ideas, and manages to combine them together fairly well, but there's something slightly messy about it at the same time.

PlayStation Plus February Deals Include Early Access to About a Blob Demo

The month of January is coming to an end, which means it's time for a new batch of content for PlayStation Plus subscribers. If your auto-download feature is turned on, you can expect a demo of the co-op game Tales From Space: About a Blob. There are a few single player games that will be free to PlayStation Plus members, including Digger HD, Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage, and the PS3 Mini, Karimogi.
