If you remain on the fence about whether or not Tropico is a series you would enjoy, we gave the previous entry in the series, Tropico 5 a 3.5 out of 5 overall, stating that, “There's an off sense of humor present throughout the game, some of which featured some pretty questionable jokes, but for the most part you'll get a chuckle from your advisors’ commentary. If sim games are your thing there's a lot of layers here to learn and take advantage of as you build your perfect island paradise.” If this sounds like your thing you may consider jumping into the Tropico universe with the 6th entry.

More specifically, their recent blog post states a desire to implement community feedback for enhanced features, as well as "pathfinding, a challenging multiplayer and the comprehensive simulation not only of each individual Tropican, but of the whole economy". It's obviously unfortunate that Tropico fans have to wait a couple more months for an all-new chance at tropical domination, but it sounds like the end product will be worth the wait.
