This collection of the first two Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army games, along with the new third title (which is only available in this bundle), first arrived on the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One five years ago. However, the Switch has proven over and over that it is the "everything old is new again" console of the current generation, and this particular port is bringing a few Switch specific features along with it. Four player wireless LAN co-op will be supported in each of the campaigns along with the Horde mode, and the game will also support motion controls. The announcement trailer can be found below.

If you are on the fence about the Zombie Army Trilogy, fear not. We reviewed the game back on its previous console release and concluded that “If you like games that don't require much in the way of progression or time-consuming leveling-up for characters, then this is a fine way to kill some time (and zombies) with a group of friends.” With the trilogy making its way onto the Switch sometime early next year, and the next installment, Zombie Army 4: Dead War, coming to PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in February, maybe this means we’ll see Zombie Army 4 on the Switch sometime towards the end of 2020?

The Nazi Zombie Army series is going to be re-released as a remastered, standalone, and bundled version. Not only will the game include Nazi Zombie Army 1 and 2, but also the unreleased Nazi Zombie Army 3. Along with the PS4 and Xbox One versions, this version will also be released on PC like the original titles. Developer Rebellion announced that the games will run at 1080p as well (at least on the PC version).
