DungeonLand was a nifty little action game that came out on PC earlier this year. Featuring three player co-op with players jumping into the shoes of different characters, you'd fight through twisted amusement parks in a hilariously gory style of game that resembled the classic Gauntlet series. Our biggest gripe with the game was the often punishing difficulty combined with some networking issues which have since been fixed.
Now almost a full year later DungeonLand is back with a free to play version that offers complete access to several of the levels. It still includes local and online co-op play too, so you can experience all the zany goodness with your friends - and really - it's the best way to experience this game.
In the free to play version, all players have full access to the DM tower with no level restrictions on their characters. Three additional stages, the Cannibal Kingdom, Arcane Kingdom, and Infinite Dungeon, will be available by purchasing the in-game All-access Pass. Current owners of DungeonLand are automatically upgraded to the All-access pass for free, and all existing Steam gift copies of DungeonLand will include the pass as well.
You can snag the Free to Play version of DungeonLand on Steam.
