Do you like thicc metal bois with laser arms? Have I got a game for you. The Co-Opticrew is jumping into a preview build of MechWarrior 5: Clans tackling two missions and talking about some of the new stuff that's being brought to the table. MechWarrior 5: Clans is a departure from the other MechWarrior game to date: it features heavy cinematics, a deep narrative that unfolds with a squad of pilots who - despite their differences, and reasons for being there, all come together to further their cause in a galactic battle.
So what did we do when we saw this? Decided to make Smoke Jaguar (one of the mechs in the game) puns.

Ok seriously, check out our preview video below. We enjoyed the little sample of the game and the focus on a narrative campaign. It should help draw folks into the deep lore of the MechWarrior universe. Overall, the gameplay felt really solid and blowing the limbs off mechs never gets old.
The game features a five player co-op campaign and will be out on PCs on October 17th.
