The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned should be out very very soon, and with it comes the an action packed adventure in downloadable form for Borderlands players. Gearbox has released a trailer for the content pack, which is chock full of zombie goodness. It's not only pleasing to the eye, but informative.
Remember: Dr. Ned is not his fake made up brother Zed, and when there are zombies you should always aim for the head, that way they'll be dead...again.
This seems like a no brainer for $10.
