Now that Steam is available on Mac computers, we're looking forward to a lot of co-op announcements. One of those announcements comes from our beloved Playbrains, developers of the hit co-op game Madballs in...Babo: Invasion. Madballs will be joining the Mac Steam family, complete with a few pleasant features that will have PC and Mac users playing co-op in the Madballs struggle today.
The Mac version of Madballs includes the entire PC Steam release; DLC, missions, weapons, skins, etc. The only thing missing right now is the bonus Babo Crash game, but they're working on putting that in.
Madballs will also feature all of the Steam features, including Steam Cloud, Achievements, Leaderboards, and if you already own the PC version of the game Steamplay will give you access on your Mac.
The Mac version will also be cross-platform, allowing Mac and PC owners of the game to play together in the campaign, survive together in the Chompii survival, or play against each other in the versus.
We're excited to see how many Mac users jump at this game since it comes highly recommended for its 4-player co-op.
