Like any big game these days, Dead Rising 2 is getting a special limited edition with all the trinkets that make you feel like it's ok to drop an extra $10-$20 on a game you're already spending $60. No matter, when the dead rise again on September 28th you can get your hands on the Zombrex Edition of the game for $79.99 on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 - sorry PC owners.
Both editions are nearly identical, save for an exclusive item in each version. The Xbox 360 version will have a hi-def disc loaded with the 83 minute Zombrex Dead Rising Sun motion picture, directed by Capcom's own Keiji Inafune. The PlayStation 3 gets an exclusive XMB theme and a 24 minute making of feature on Blu-Ray. Both versions come in a steelbook case.
