Our Weekend in Gaming - Backlog Edition

It seems with the somewhat calm past few weeks, the staff is digging into their backlog with titles like Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands, Nier, Dawn fo War 2: Chaos Rising, and Mass Effect 2.  There's still room for the usual suspects like Halo Reach and World of Warcraft, but with February fast approaching with numerous releases - it's time to clear out the shelves to make room.

It's like Mike said earlier - late Winter is the new Fall.  And by the looks of things, Spring is the new Fall as well.

Nick "bapenguin" Puleo - "I'll be finishing up some Mass Effect 2 DLC and probably diving into Dawn of War 2: Chaos Rising.  And I'm sure WoW will get fired up at some point."

Marc "DjinniMan" Allie - "It'll be a busy weekend, what with two high school basketball games and the NFL playoffs.  However, I'm certain that WoW and Halo 3 ODST will get played at some point."

Mike "pheriannath" Katsufrakis - "Working on clearing my backlog with titles like Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands and Nier (which is actually pretty great, despite the fishing controversy). The usual WoW marathon will probably take place as well."

Sam "Samoza" Tyler - "I'm home, online and with some new games to try out (new for me anyway) - Halo Reach and Tom Clancy's HAWX 2. "

Andrew "Cubninja" Gaskill - "CoD: Black Ops Prestige (still), Dead Rising 2: Case West, Uncharted
1
, unlocking the remaining cards in the 3rd Magic the Gathering  Expansion."

Tally "xelissa" Callahan - "Lost in Shadow should be arriving today, so hopefully I'll be giving that a whirl. Also, another Rift Beta event this weekend that I'm sure to spend way too much time on. Then, if there's any time, more Fable III."

Jim "txshurricane" McLaughlin - "Since it's yet another work weekend, I fully expect to have minimal time to play games. I do plan, however, to fit in some of the usual shoot-em-ups, and Red Dead Redemption wherever I can."

Jason "Origami Panther" Love - "Likely not too much gaming for me this weekend, despite being holed up in my apt as my spine recovers from the damage I've done to it. If I do decide to get some gaming in, it'll likely be to wrap up with the Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare pack and get my wild west skills back into shape."
