Uncharted 3's Co-Op Campaign Revealed, Collector's Edition Too

That picture right there ladies and gentlemen is Nathan Drake in a box.  Its the collector's edition of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception for the PlayStation 3 and it comes jam packed with awesomeness.  Nathan Drake statue with realistic half tuck action?  Check.  Nathan Drake belt buckle?  Check.  Sir Francis Drake ring?  Check.  It's like your very own archeological find...that you paid money for.  Oh right, it comes with the game too.   There's also a whole lot of retailer exclusive mumbo jumbo which you can read about here.

The reason you're going to be buying Uncharted 3, no doubt, is for the game's single player experience.  And while Uncharted 2 showed off some co-op, it came up a bit short of its potential.  Naughty Dog looks to have listened to fans for its latest offering adding a Co-Op Adventure mode that seems a bit more in depth than what we saw in the past.  The talk is on characters, dialog, and areas not seen in the main game.  At least that's what we garner as its described as the "co-op campaign" in the latest episode of  GT TV.

Naughty Dog's Richard Cambier, the game's designer, describes some of the new co-op gameplay elements including vertical gunplay, co-op specific bonuses, and returning characters from previous Uncharted titles.  We'll be getting an exclusive look at the game at E3 2011 next week, so be sure to check back for more co-op details!
