In our co-op review of F1 2011, we gave it a disappointing 1 out of 5 for co-op, despite the fact that we judged it a cool 4 out of 5 for the overall score. This was simply due to the fact that at the time of review, the co-op was broken, broken, broken. Issues like players being dropped in their position at the end of a race are simply game-breaking. The good news, though, is that the patch that's directed to fixing all of our complaints about the co-op is now live! Not only will co-op issues be addressed, but performance, AI, and set-up issues are being fixed as well. You can check out the patch notes that we previously posted here. Some of you may also be interested to know that the online leaderboards for time attack and time trial modes will be reset due to a set-up bug fix. The reset is slotted for some time next week.
