Every October, Extra Life hosts "the biggest gaming charity event of the year" and they're not kidding. Extra Life is huge, and since 2008, they've raised over $2 million for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. That cash helped pay for treatments for sick kids who are suffering from illnesses like cancer and cystic fibrosis. These hospitals give kids a chance to live, grow up, and experience the world. This year, Co-Optimus is joining the effort.
The event starts on October 20th, at 8AM in your local time zone. The goal is to play games for 24 hours straight. If playing games and raising money for sick kids sounds like something you'd like to do, join our team. We also need donations, otherwise we wouldn't be doing these kids any good. Last but not least, we need your help to spread the word.
All the info you need can be found on our Extra Life 2012 page. Please head over there and read more about what we're planning this year. We hope you can join us in support this great cause. Give sick kids a chance!
