A year after it’s release and enjoyment, Tidalis has been patched to include a third player in local PC co-op. Three’s company, now! Performance issues have been addressed, and a new control scheme introduced - but who cares? More co-op!
Due to lack of interest, Rockband 3 content will no longer be released on the Wii. That’s got to be a blow for anyone who HAS Rockband 3 on the Wii - but I don’t know anyone like that, so I guess we’ll see if the outrage comes around when the next song pack is released on all of the other platforms except Wii.
Finally, after some success on the Xbox LIVE Arcade, Undergarden will be moving over to the PSN sometime this year. The projected date for the ported game is “Winter 2011,” but we’ll see if they make that deadline. Either way, weird co-op action for everyone on the PSN!

The Schizoid trial game for XBLA features 2 player local co-op to try out for free. See, Schizoid is a pretty high-paced game that focuses on simplicity in the chaos. According to Nick’s review of the game:
The basic premise of Schizoid is simple. You have two ships, one red and one blue, and each ship can attack enemies of the same color. Attacking in Schizoid simply means "running into" and it's something that takes some getting used to in an age dominated by arcade style shooters.
