One of the benefits of Xbox Game Pass that has recently come to light is the convenience of playing games from the cloud. Xbox isn't the only cloud game in town, though; Amazon has a cloud gaming service called Luna as well. The "Luna Plus" subscription tier includes lots of seriously cool co-op games like River City Girls, Sonic Mania, and now: Samurai Warriors 5 from Koei Tecmo. With the Luna version, players can control numerous Japanese historical figures, wade into battles filled with hundreds of foes, and even enjoy 2-player local co-op.

Samurai Warriors 5, the latest installment in Koei Tecmo's long-running feudal Japan-based hack and slash series, launches on July 27. Waiting can be tough, though, especially given that fans have already been waiting seven years since Samurai Warriors 4 (we won't count the iterations on 4).  To tide us over until then, Koei Tecmo has kindly released a free trial version on all major platforms. Making it even more of a must-download, progress in the demo will carry over to the full game.

While Sanctum developer Coffee Stain Studios is busy trumpeting Sanctum 2, the IndieFort Spring Bundle would like to remind us that the original game is still around and is still awesome. AI War, the online space strategy game from Arcen Games, has just received a new expansion pack called Ancient Shadows.  The expansion pack adds several new "sub-races" as well as 9 new ship classes, 2 new AI types, 2 new map types, 98 minutes of new music, and modular fortresses.  The biggest change though is something called Champions.
