It's currently unclear how they're planning to fit all those tears onto a single disc.

The never-ending cycle of Binding of Isaac remakes, remasters, and re-releases continues with a brand new, physical version of The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth Plus.  Per a tweet from the game's publisher, Nicalis, the game is getting its very own disc for PlayStation 4 users to inevitably break after a particularly heartbreaking run.

The rise of the Ghost Babies!

The Binding Of Isaac: Rebirth Has A Nintendo Switch Release Date

The Nintendo Switch is out in full force, so naturally, games of all shapes and sizes are being announced left and right.  A standout in the proverbial flurry, though, has always been the roguelike twin-stick shooter, The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth .  It's on just about every platform you can think of at this point, and while its Switch release was probably inevitable, it certainly lends a bit more heft to a system without a ton of available titles.

The Binding Of Isaac: Afterbirth DLC Has A PS4 And Xbox One Release Date

At some point in our lives, we've all had to learn that it's okay to cry.  Sometimes, it's the passing of a pet that sets us off.  Other times, it's the fact that you're actually really good at baseball, and everyone else in this stadium is a big, dumb idiot.  Regardless of the circumstances, crying is a healthy release of emotion and, in the case of The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, a means to defend yourself against hordes of vicious flies and maggots.

Vita, 3DS, And Wii U Versions Of Binding Of Isaac: Rebirth Unlikely To Get Latest DLC

We all know how much it sucks to be left out.  One day, you think you're the school's best kickballer, and the next, you're getting picked after the kid that assumes the fetal position whenever the ball rolls toward them.  The two player co-op title, Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, manifests this feeling (among many others) into a hard-as-nails roguelike shooter.  Unfortunately, that manifestation may make its way to the real world soon enough, as owners of the Wii U, 3DS, and Vita versions seem unlikely to receive the latest DLC, "Afterbirth".

The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth's Due Date is October 30th

For a kid who's all bound up, Isaac certainly seems to get around. Afterbirth, a big expansion to The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, has been in the works for some time, promising over 100 hours of added playtime with 1,000 new rooms to explore. With an October 30th release date, we're eager to see just what sort of twisted, bloody things we'll be haunted by for the following few weeks.
