A couple that plays together, stays together! So break out the wallet and get some awesome co-op games on the cheap! The folks at GOG.com are having a massive sale in spirit of Valentine's Day, and tons of co-op titles made the list!
As a rule, movie tie-in games are pretty awful; Aliens: Colonial Marines, R.I.P.D., Star Trek - all are co-op, all based on movies and all pretty poor. They also happen to be coming on sale between 8-14th October over on XBLA. If you need proof that some movie games can be good Guardians of Middle Earth is also on offer.

It may not be as epic as the winter or summer sales, but this week's list of Steam deals isn't too shabby. Six games are on sale for 66-75% off, including three games that support co-op play. Topping the list is Krater, the post-apocalyptic role playing game that supports online and LAN co-op for two players. Capsized and Section 8: Prejudice also feature co-op modes, the former supporting two player local games and the latter online and LAN for up to four players.
Space: the final frontier, where many games have gone before. Add another one to the list as the previously PC exclusive Capsized has just been announced for xbla. The game should rocket onto Microsoft's console in December, bringing with it a 2 player co-op mode.
