We greatly enjoyed Dungeon Hunter: Alliance in its other forms on the PSN and iOS, but now that we've got another portable version how does this stack up with true console like controls? Lets find out.

Happy Valentine's Day! What? You forgot? Dang. You're screwed. Nah, I'm just kidding. Valentine's Day isn't until tomorrow. Buy someone something nice. Or don't. It's your call. If you're really smooth you could buy your significant other (or mom) a sweet PlayStation Vita launch title, you know, drop a little hint for the February 15th release of the Vita's First Launch Bundle.
By now we've all been bashed over the head with franchises that are purportedly getting PlayStation Vita iterations next year, so I won't repeat them here. New titles, however, have been added by Ubisoft and Sony in an announcement made during Gamescom.
I am not sure if I’m noticing my own habits of buying games that are similar all at once, or if the world is conspiring to release an onslaught of similar games one after another. This is where you decide. Do you see handfuls of games that appear to be coincidentally similar?
Dungeon Hunter: Alliance has made the transition from the iOS to the PlayStation Network. Four players can get together on the couch or online for a diabolic dungeon crawl. Is this the Diablo-clone you're looking for? Find out, in our Co-Op Review.
Did you get Dungeon Hunter Alliance? Yeah, we know it's awesome. Have you played online yet? Yep, we know it's not working. Two Co-Optimus editors got together last night for some dungeon crawling action, but were distraught to find that existing characters couldn't join up online. There's a bug hindering online co-op. Established characters could join public games, but it appeared that they could not join a game they were invited to. For example: I couldn't bring my level 5 Rogue into Nick's game, and he couldn't bring his level 6 Warrior into mine. The screen would simply flash a message saying we couldn't join the game or the host game didn't exist anymore. (We could bring a newly created character into the game, but that's just stupid.)
Looking for a new game to brighten your day? Nothing catching your eye? The second week of April may not be known for its blockbuster releases, but you can still get your new game on. This week has a little hack in slash, a little rhythm, and a little tower defense. Oh yeah, and one of my favorite Atari 2600 games has been remade as an anime-style shooter, but I'm not bitter about it.
We've got some fresh news today on an upcoming PlayStation Network downloadable title. Called Dungeon Hunter: Alliance, the game is based on the popular Dungeon Hunter series from mobile developer Gameloft. The PSN exclusive will features local and online four player co-op through 30 levels of play.
