Time to Morp's 'Double the Fun' Update Arrives on Steam Early Access

Time to Morp from Team Halfbeard and Yogscast Games is a charming colony sim and automation game that's set on an alien planet. The game is still in Steam Early Access, so it has lots of room to grow. It just grew a lot, actually, thanks to the arrival of the "Double the Fun" update. With the addition of the new farming system, abilities, and toys for co-op, the game really has grown a lot since its debut.

The New Denpa Men Coming to Switch in July

Back when the 3DS still had an eShop, it was home to a series of downloadable games called The Denpa Men. That series will soon live on in the form of The New Denpa Men, an upcoming free to play game for Switch. While most of the game will be a single-player RPG, it does promise to have a feature in which 4 online players can team up to catch special Denpa Men.

Morps are adorable creatures, and it's almost time to raise them with friends.

Time to Morp, A Cute Colony Sim Game, Comes to Steam in February 2024

Raising cute little critters is inarguably a good time - just look at the Slime Rancher series for evidence of the pastime's popularity. Slime Rancher ain't co-op, though, so there's plenty of room for improvement. Time to Morp from Team Halfbeard and Yogscast Games is a game that does just that, letting four online or LAN co-op buddies team up to raise a bunch of cutesy morps in their own alien colony.

A Classic Parody Shooter Returns as 'Game Type DX' on Xbox and Switch in September

Long ago, the Xbox 360 was an excellent console that got bogged down by an unintuitive, advertisement-laden dashboard. Things were so bad that you could hardly find indie games within the labyrinthine menus. Indie developer Mommy's Best Games (makers of Shoot 1UP DX) fought back by releasing Game Type, a shoot 'em up that parodied the Xbox dashboard itself. This September, that shmup will be returning in enhanced form as Game Type DX - complete with 2-player local co-op.

It’s hard to imagine nowadays, but long ago, two of the 8-bit era’s most popular beat ‘em up franchises once teamed up in a single game called Battletoads/Double Dragon. Solve Sci-Fi Logic Puzzles in 'A Tale of Synapse: The Chaos Theories'

One of my favorite things about video games is when they take us to strange new worlds and civilizations. That certainly applies to A Tale of Synapse: The Chaos Theories from Spanish developers Tesura Games and Souris-Lab. Just released on Nintendo Switch and Steam, A Tale of Synapse pairs up an odd couple of aliens as they solve puzzles and learn ...
