What hath science wrought? Fable Heroes grafts the familiar Fable world onto a beat-em-up/party game with predictably mixed results. Its only hope for redemption: drop-in, drop-out combo co-op!

After months of patiently waiting for some sort of news of its Xbox 360 debut, Xbox LIVE’s Major Nelson, Larry Hryb, has finally given us some form of relief and announced the long awaited Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition release date, also including a handful of other upcoming XBLA titles along with it.

We have a fresh new trailer for the latest Fable game.  Fable Heroes is an offshoot of the series, allowing four players to team up for some good old-fashioned co-op action.  The new title looks to be a hybrid of Gauntlet-style hack and slash mixed with a collection of mini-games.  Check out the video to see the gameplay in action.  

The Game Developers Conference is just around the corner and that can mean only one thing - leaks! The usual source is some murky deep throat, but in the case of Fable Heroes it’s Microsoft themselves that have dropped the ball.
