The Halo: The Master Chief Collection is now on the horizon and 343 Industries announced to the Halo Community that an all new version of Halo Waypoint has arrived to support it. Those that used the website as their one-stop place on all things Halo will certainly not be disappointed with the current developments.

A few weeks back I was invited to take part in a new feature with 343 Industries for Halo Waypoint. The feature focuses on Halo Reach maps by playing them with community members and websites in a casual setting and just discussing the game.
It's hard to believe, but Halo Reach is only a week away. Millions of gamers will be getting their copies of the prequel to the one of the biggest selling and most popular video game trilogies of all time on September 14th, 2010. Many places are having a midnight launch - including two special launches in New York City at Best Buy in Times Square and in Seattle at the Experience Music Project near the Space Needle.

A little over a week and a half ago, Co-Optimus and Bungie had another one of our Halo Waypoint Co-Op nights. The focus of this particular event was to collect the skulls and audio logs from Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST, respectively. Having not yet gathered all of the audio logs in my single player game, I figured that this was the perfect time to do so, and I was not alone. Nick and community member Bakken Hood were also pursuing these back-story fragments that were scattered all about New Mombasa, and were prepared with a map that showed the locations of all the audio logs. We were unprepared, however, for what awaited us at the end of our search.
