Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet has been reduced to 800 MSPs

A Twisted Shadow Planet just got 'Insanely' Cheaper on XBLA

The weekly sales on PSN and XBLA are amongst the highlights of my gaming week.  What will appear this time; a selection of co-op friendly titles for next to nothing, or some overpriced DLC reduced to slightly less overpriced?  Admittedly some of the weekly sales are less emphatic than others, but do you know what is a bargain?  A game that is permanently reduced. This has just happened to Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet, now yours for 800 Microsoft Points, or as I like to call it - the price that all download games should be in the first place.

New Co-Op Mode Coming to Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet

An upcoming addition to the Summer of Arcade's Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet has been spotted on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace calendar.  You're probably saying to yourself, "So?  There's lots of stuff on lots of calendars." You'd be right.  But most of that "stuff" isn't about additional co-op modes, and that's what we have here today.  Well, not today, September 13th.  Now you've got me all flustered with your high knowledge of the inner workings of calendars.

Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet's Co-Op Detailed

We last saw Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet at PAX East back in March.  Our editor was quite impressed with the title, with a unique art style from Michel Gagne, but only got a glimmer of what the co-op mode would entail.  With the game out tomorrow, the reviews have started to hit the net, and with it details on the cooperative aspect.

Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet Coming With Straight-Forward Co-Op

On the last day of PAX East I wandered the show floor looking for anything interesting that I may have missed during the many co-op filled appointments we had the rest of the time. One of these stops was a visually unique title with a side-scrolling twin-stick shooter style gameplay called Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet by developer FuelCell games. To my shock and surprise, one of the staff on the game actually mentioned that the game will be Four-player online and offline co-op. How did we miss this, you ask? It's simple really, Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet wasn't given the green-light for a co-op announcement until March 13 on the PAX East showfloor!
