Silent Hill: Book of Memories may be the black sheep in the series. Silent Hill is known as an intense horror franchise full of disturbing images. Book of Memories will be *gasp* a top down shooter?. I guess that's one way to get co-op into an IP. Check out the gallery to see some of the intriguing locales you'll be running and gunning through. That just doesn't sound right in a Silent Hill game. It looks like we'll be visiting brownish hell, reddish hell, and bluish hell in this adventure. We'll see how it all works out early next year.
Silent Hill: Book of Memories is exclusive to the PlayStation Vita. It should be out around the time of the Vita launch, early 2012. It supports four player online co-op.
