Borderlands fans rejoice. The original 4-player, vault-hunting shooter has brought back online co-op for PC. Along with Borderlands, several Civilization titles also lost online support temporarily in May 2014. It's been a few months, and while we wait on word for the Civilization titles, Borderlands is back in full force thanks to Steamworks.

Last night we took a run at one of the three player co-op strike missions on Venus in Bungie's Destiny. And of course, since this is 2014, we decided to stream it to the internet for all to see. After showcasing each classes skills and taking down the evil Archon Priest, we decided to head back to the tower for a community Q&A session.
Looking at screens for Divinity: Original Sin, it's hard to tell Larian Studios employs a meager 40 people. The successfully Kickstarted game has gone on to receive high critical acclaim and also sell over 500,000 copies, which probably makes those 40 folks pretty excited. But Larian isn't content merely to feast on their accomplishments, and have already pushed out content for Original Sin with "the Bear and the Burglar" for free.
Today, much speculation had come to an end with Microsoft purchasing the rights to Minecraft from developer Mojang. To date, Minecraft remains as one of the single most popular video game titles all time, with over 100 million downloads on just PC itself since 2009.
More "pre" than you can shake a stick at in that title. The UK-based gaming retailer 2game is making a push into the popular digital game space and with it comes a few nice and rare deals not found anywhere else - in particular Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel gets a 20% off coupon for the PC digital edition (activates on Steam).
Destiny is here, and now we can see what Bungie, unshackled from being a Halo factory, has in store for us. Perhaps unsurprisingly, despite it being an entirely online game, it feels an awful lot like Halo, except it stars space wizards....
Destiny is finally here and the opinions on whether or not it delivered on what it promised are mixed. The good news is, Bungie is committed to weekly free content updates for players while they wait for the larger premium DLC packs. The first of those content updates have already hit this past weekend, with a new PvP game mode. But what about story and co-op content? That hits today with the game's first raid.
Dead Rising 3 on PC has the potential to be a really great version of the game. Unfortunately it's been marred with numerous issues since the game launched a little over a week ago. I myself have been unable to play for more than 15 to 20 minutes at a time before the game crashes to the desktop. Capcom assures us a fix will be coming ASAP, but it looks like we're still going to have to wait a bit longer.

The Settlers: Kingdoms of Anteria is the latest game in the RTS series which is now in a closed beta. But the newest and 8th iteration of the game might also be the most dramatic departure for the longtime PC series. Ubisoft have revealed a few details about the title, slated to hit early next year on the PC.
