These Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition Skin Packs cannot be stopped (not that we'd want to)! Possibly one of the biggest XBLA titles ever to be released is constantly giving players more content to play around with. This time, more character skins will be coming to console players while we wait for a title update of real substance.
For the past week or so, Blizzard's been teasing the just-released 1.0.4 patch for Diablo 3, detailing many of the systems and class updates, but surprised us a bit when they dropped details on their take on alternate advancement: the Paragon System (Sorry, there's no Renegade counterpart). Once your character hits level 60, you'll begin accumulating experience towards your Paragon level, which bestows core stat increases and permanent boosts to your Magic Find and Gold Find ratings.
Fans of giant alien robots should be pretty hyped. Transformers: Fall of Cybertron is rolling out to store shelves today. The sequel to the excellent War for Cybertron will cover the last days of the Transformers' home world. Expect to see Optimus Prime, Megatron, Grimlock, Metroplex, and many others in action.

Hot off the fresh trailer from Gamescom 2012, we've got the 10 minute demonstration of Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel from the EA Press conference. It showcases the game's co-op gameplay as Alpha and Bravo deal some serious damage in what is claimed to be a much more mature game. As long as they are wearing those ridiculous masks, it's hard for me to take that last line seriously.
It's been almost two months since Spec Ops: The Line was released and finally we have the game's promised free co-op content. Called the "Co-Op Challenge Mode," two players can cooperative online through four different maps each with varying objectives. In one you'll need to disable a series of communication towers scattered across the ship graveyard, another has you fighting off waves of enemies while you try to make your escape to a helicopter.
The New Super Mario Bros. 2 game is now out in stores, along with Nintendo’s official New Super Mario Bros. 2 website to promote its flagship title’s new features. Co-op mode, like in the other New Super Mario Bros. titles, is highly encouraged to players and we couldn’t agree more.
More Skylanders figures are heading our way. The new Skylanders Giants game will be out this October. It will launch on every conceivable system and require parents to buy even more of the lovely little action figures for their children. Okay, you can use your old figures in Giants, but trust me, your kids are going to require you to buy more.
The Scott Pilgrim vs The World DLC was supposed to be available on Xbox Live today, adding in the much needed online co-op functionality that gamers so desperately craved while also adding in a new playable character. According to Ubisoft though, the content has a new "release window" which is sometime this Fall.

Many Co-Optimus readers are just like me. They bought a Kinect for their 360, but it sits there gathering dust, making you feel guilty. The only time it gets used in my house is when my nephews come to visit. One of their favourite games is Happy Action Theater.
