Call of Duty: Black Ops First Strike DLC Coming Soon to PC

PC gamers may not have received the content first.  They may not even get a kick-ass Scorpions music video. They do, however, have a mouse and keyboard setup that they like to lord over other gamers, so at least they have that going for them, right?  The Call of Duty: Black Ops map pack, First Strike, is finally coming to PC.   If you're wondering if new CoD:Black Ops maps are right for you, you can check out our impressions of the content here.  On March 25 the First Strike map pack, consisting of four new multiplayer maps plus one new co-op Zombie map will be available for download for $14.99.  You can even pick it up for 10% off on Steam!  CoD: Black Ops is the best selling game of all time, so you owe it to yourself, but mostly Activision, to buy these maps.

River City Ransom Gets a Sequel

Pop quiz!  What do classic co-op brawlers, RPG elements, sequels, BARF!, and a little male nudity have in common?  If you said River City Ransom, you are a winner!  If you said Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari, stop being pretentious.  And if you said my house on Tuesdays, stop spying on me!  Naked D&D Spaceballs Punch Club Tuesdays are sacred.  That's beside the point.  River City Ransom, the old school brawler, is getting sequel for home consoles and PC.  It should be out for home consoles this summer with a PC release coming in 2012.

Two New White Knight Chronicles Games Announced

Early last year, after what seemed like an eternity of waiting, White Knight Chronicles was released in the USA.  I was somewhat disappointed in the co-op, as you can read about in the review, but it was a very good single player experience for the most part.  Level 5 has just announced that we'll be getting more White Knight Chronicles; in fact, not only will there be a direct sequel for Playstation 3, a prequel is coming to PSP, so you can power up into a giant White Knight on the go.
