While we were partying it up at PAX we managed to get some hands-on time with Medal of Honor Warfighter. We've been trying to nail down any possible co-op details since it was first announced back in February. The good news is that the game will include a compelling single player campaign which explores some of the hardships professional Tier 1 operators (very, very dangerous people) face on and off the battlefield. There will also be several multiplayer modes, one of which uses two man fireteams. 

Battlefiled 4 has been confirmed by Electronic Arts in a video on the official Medal of Honor website. In true EA fashion, customers who pre order Medal of Honor: Warfighter will receive access to the Battlefield 4 beta. The beta is scheduled for the fall of 2013 with more details trickling out in the next twelve months.

One of the problems with modern gaming and the internet is that websites like Co-Optimus often get to know about a game before they are officially revealed. We already knew that Medal of Honor: Warfighter was coming, but EA have gone ahead and revealed it anyway at this year's GDC with a new trailer and some more information. The most pertinent info is the release date: October 23rd 2012.

EA has announced a sequel to the recent modern reboot of Medal of Honor called Medal of Honor: Warfighter. Warfighter... really?  Besides the unfortunate subtitle the game is going to be powered by the Battlefield 3 engine, Frostbite 2.  That means we should be treated with some truly impressive visuals as well as destructible enviornments.
