As this winter SLOWLY begins to roll to a close, the video game releases are beginning to pick up. February and March look to be solid months for gamers once again after almost two months of nary a new title available. Here are this week's co-op video game releases.

Earth Defense Force 2025 (360, PS3) - EDF! EDF! It started as a game that charmed us by its B movie qualities and have exploded into a fully fledge franchise about killing aliens (bugs and robots) bigger than buildings. [4 player couch co-op, 4 player online co-op, combo co-op]
Rayman Legends (One, PS4) - The next-gen version of Rayman is here in Rayman Legends, previously available on the 360, Wii U and PS3. We'll see just how beautiful the platformer looks with enhanced visuals, new levels, and more! [5 player local co-op]

Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze (WiiU) - DK is back in Tropical Freeze,the latest in the series platformer style games. With it comes a co-op mode in which players can choose from DK or his pals to complete the game. Be sure to read our review! [2 player couch co-op]
And that's about it for the week. Three solid co-op games though is nothing to be down about after such a long drought.
