Bad news for co-op racing fans, The Crew has been pushed back to a December 2nd release. But hey, it's not all bad. The reason for the delay? Feedback from the betas. That's right, the developers at Ivory Tower and Ubisoft Reflections listened to your feedback and are taking a few more weeks to work on the game. From the Ubiblog:
“We received a lot of valuable information from the recent PC and console betas,” says Creative Director Julian Gerighty. “We are now scrutinizing all of the player feedback so we can ensure that The Crew delivers the seamless open-world experience that meets everyone’s high expectations.”
The original date was set for November 11, which will now serve as a second console beta. This will give Xbox and PlayStation owners a second chance to help with the title.
Some updates attributed to player feedback to be added in the game include the ability to fully remove the HUD, fine-tuning of collisions, difficulty tweaks, and improved voice chat integration.
In The Crew you and three friends work together in a group to evade cops, take down opponents, and race against other crews, all while traveling across the entire United States.
