Sometime in the near future, Nubia will be joining the list of "Things Gandhi Can Nuke", as Firaxis has announced it as the next playable civ in Civilization 6.  Soon enough, Gandhi's quest will be complete, and he'll be able to nuke every kingdom/nation/afterschool club that has ever existed.

Last year we learned that the latest Final Fantasy title, Final Fantasxy XV, would be getting some online co-op DLC at some point. It seems that time is nearly upon us as there will be a closed beta test of the "Comrades" DLC starting next Thursday, August 3 and ending the following Tuesday, August 8.

Good news Xbox One owners, the cooperative FPS Killing Floor 2 will be making its way to you very soon. Now you and up to five of your buddies can tackle the hordes of Zeds and enjoy some (timed) exclusive content.

Mayhaps you are unaware, but most of the LEGO games have a storyline and are not just hours upon hours of brick breaking and building.  LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 is no different and the Big Bad is introduced in the new trailer in the form of Kang the Conqueror (me neither).

Circuit Breakers, a game involving robots, guns, and the use of two joysticks at the same time, was originally slated to fall into the waiting arms of console users around Spring of this year. Unfortunately, the developers decided they needed just a little more time to polish things up, pushing the game to a July 25th release date.

With the recent release of the "Rise of the Necromancer" DLC and Season 11 of Diablo III kicking off last week, Mike and Jason decided to hop in and check out everyone's favorite class from Diablo 2.

After getting pushed back a couple weeks, Fable Fortune kicks off its Early Access today on PC and Xbox One. While the game will be free-to-play once it fully launches, for now, if you want to get in and check it out then you'll need to pony up some cash. Fortunately, it's available at a discounted price for a limited time.

The outstanding couch co-op cooking game, Overcooked, makes its way onto the Nintendo Switch this week as Overcooked: Special Edition. What makes it so special? How about the full game plus all previously released DLC (i.e., the Lost Morsel and Festive Seasonings).

While it feels like the only times we're reporting on Techland's Dying Light is to say its currently on sale via Deals with Gold or Steam, the Polish developers have been doing a lot with the title to help fans interested and playing. In celebration of the fact that two and a half years since its release, and boasting 500,000 players weekly, Techland is working on 10 new pieces of DLC for the title.

Last year we got a glimpse of a new title, Absolver, from a development studio, Sloclap, that's comprised of former Ubisoft devs. The game is described as an "online combat RPG" that allows players to craft their own unique fighting styles and features three player co-op. We haven't heard too much about the game since, but the final product is coming very soon.

I have a confession, I'm hopelessly addicted to SimCity BuildIt on the iPad. I've put in more hours than I care to admit on the game. It walks that fine line between the Free To Play Model and just a good ol' fashioned game of SimCity.

This weekend, most of the Co-Opticrew is either taking on Satan himself or building sweet forts, so I'm looking forward to Monday's Slack channel being a mixture of architectural theory and an indexing of all the ways one can cleave a demon straight in half.
