Diablo 3 - Darkening of Tristram Co-Op Stream Recap

Last night we dove into Diablo 3's limited timed event called The Darkening of Tristram. Taking players back to the classic town from Diablo 1, you're tasked with completing 16 levels of a dungeon and defeating the evil lord Diablo himself. Blizzard spiced things up with 8-directional movement, 16-bit graphics, and a bunch of throwback references for longtime fans of the series.

Allegorical Co-Op Game Red Rope Gets Another Update

Nothing like a little allegory in your daily dose of gaming. Red Rope: Don't Fall Behind is a unique adventure style game released in 2016 that plays with the idea of unity being both a strength and a restriction. Developer Yonder has quietly released a few updates since last summer, refining the experience by balancing puzzles and fixing small bugs that crop up here and there.

Grave Danger Lands on PC, Console Versions Coming Soon

Our Weekend In Gaming: The Newest of Years

We made it!  Despite its best efforts, 2016 loosened its vice grip just long enough for us to wriggle free into the bountiful land of 2017.  What treasures await us here?  Eh, it's tough to say yet.  What we do know, though, is that there's gonna be plenty of co-op goodness to be had.  Be it via tabletop, board, or video gaming, we're gonna have tons of chances to gather a few good friends and take down some crummy incarnation of evil.

Latest Humble Bundle is all about shanking people, I guess

Get a Decent Collection of Assassin's Creed Games for $15

While it had a number of issues at launch, and even after, Assassin's Creed Unity was still a pretty fun co-op title. Getting a group of friends together to plot and execute a stealthy assassination (before it all inevitably turns into a Benny Hill skit) is the best way to enjoy that game. The latest Humble Bundle lets you get in on the assassination action with that and several other AC titles all for the low, low price of $15.
