There are some co-op concepts I can get behind. Like the horde/director mechanics behind games like Left 4 Dead and Warhammer 40k: End Times - Vermintide. Developer Ragiva Games is taking those concepts and applying them to their side-scrolling arcade shooter, Cyborg Rage. Yesterday, Amplitude Studios released the new Organic Matters update for their indie hit Dungeon of the Endless. The update is completely free and features a community-driven set of new content for the game. Alongside Organic Matters, Amplitude also released a paid content pack called Rescue Team.
