Cyber Monday is here. It's like Black Friday but with a more risque attitude. Amazon of course is participating and there's lots of good games to grab on the cheap. Here are a select few co-op titles we found buried in the bargain bin.
All you fans of Heroes of the Storm have further cause to celebrate the game's (albeit limited) co-op mode. A new hero - the ogre mage Cho-Gall - has been added to the roster from the depths of the Warcraft franchise and he offers a unique twist; two players must control him and work together to utilize all of his abilities.
Ever wanted to start up your own food truck with a group of friends.... in spaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaace? Well, then, good news everyone! You can now live out your culinary dreams in Space Food Truck, a cooperative deck-building game that tasks you and your comrades with making the best dishes in the galaxy.
There are some co-op concepts I can get behind. Like the horde/director mechanics behind games like Left 4 Dead and Warhammer 40k: End Times - Vermintide. Developer Ragiva Games is taking those concepts and applying them to their side-scrolling arcade shooter, Cyborg Rage. The team down at Creative Assembly must have a grim view on history. They've spent the better part of a decade and a half chronicling mankind's legacy as one giant brawling bloodbath, and probably won't stop until every notable period is steeped in gore. They couldn't handle the gap between the Roman Empire and the Middle Ages being free of strife, so they made Total War: Attila to prove that even in the 5th Century you could still hurl hundreds of dudes to their heavy cavalry-related deaths with relative ambivalence. Now they've closed that gap even further with the announcement of Attila's first expansion: The Age of Charlemagne, out December 10th.

Yesterday, Amplitude Studios released the new Organic Matters update for their indie hit Dungeon of the Endless. The update is completely free and features a community-driven set of new content for the game. Alongside Organic Matters, Amplitude also released a paid content pack called Rescue Team.

It's been some time, but when we reviewed the PS4 version of Helldivers we rather enjoyed what it had to offer. It carefully blended a lot of things we loved from classic arcade style twin-stick shooters with some new gameplay features like a global meta-game and tons of character customization.
