If you're always on the hunt for the latest deal on co-op games, you might want to check out this week's Humble Weekly Bundle. Vertical Drop Heroes HD, a Flash game turned full PC game, is part of the deal that will nab a few other roguelike games, though those are single player only.
Hey guys, whatcha playing? This weekend we've got Mario Parties, Harvest Moons, and more Helldiving ahead of us, among other things.
When the inevitable Zombie Apocalypse does happen, it probably won't be resolved as positively as it does in most games. Our beleaguered groups of survivors won't venture into solitude with hardened resolve and a host of new skills. Nah. Everybody's going to be torn apart by the unstoppable hordes, screaming in terror. Or, if Zombie Kill of the Week - Reborn is any indication, we'll be holed up in a compound with three chums, wasting everything past its expiration date until we inevitably join the rotting ranks.

It was just last week that co-op was added to the very in-depth, very massive space sim Elite: Dangerous. While the game is currently a PC title only, there are plans for the game to arrive on Mac, Xbox One, and Playstation 4 at some point in the future. When it does, it will bring the Wings expansion with it.

A few may also recognize him as one of the two gentlemen, the other being Dave Paul, behind Brain Shape Games. This month in Indie-Ana Co-Op, Nick and Dave give breakdown for us how they went about developing the co-op for SCHAR: Blue Shield...
Just because Dungeon of the Endless escaped the eternal imprisonment of Steam's Early Access program doesn't mean Amplitude Studios is content to leave it be. They're still slaving away in the Update Mines, cranking out some new ideas that bubbled up from the pulsating hive-mind of the Games2Gether community project. Seeing as how Dungeon won our very own Indie Game of the Year award for 2014 despite being a rather late entry, I'm looking forward to new content. Though the "new content" might very well result in a very sudden and acid-related end for our stranded heroes.
